OrthoArizona Physician Dr. Ralph Wilson and Wife Honored with Spirit of Mesa Award
The more you give, the more you get.
This philosophy has driven OrthoArizona physician Dr. Ralph Wilson, and wife Marilyn, to volunteer in and around the community they have called home for more than 40 years. The Wilsons, who originally met in second grade in Marshall Town, Iowa, have now been married for 56 years. They moved to Mesa in 1970, where Dr. Wilson first started his orthopedic practice before joining OrthoArizona. They were recently honored with the Spirit of Mesa Award for their exceptional efforts to give back to Mesa and the surrounding community.
Dr. Wilson has volunteered his time with the YMCA and the Rotary Club and he has also visited 14 countries on medical missions. Marilyn has also been a driving force in the community, volunteering her time with the Child Crisis Center, Mesa Judicial Advisory Board, Mesa Public Library and the Mesa School Board.
