Stretching Tips for Foot and Ankle Health
Stretching before exercise is vital to keeping muscles flexible, strong, and healthy. It improves the range of motion in our joints as well. When we neglect to stretch before exercise, our muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when we begin to use them in our exercises, our muscles and joints unable to extend all the way, increasing our risk for joint pain, strains and sprains.
