We are passionate about the value and experience we bring to our athletes through working hand-in-hand with our medical staff, and are also passionate about sharing this knowledge with others.
The OrthoArizona Performance team has a plan to deliver a wide range of educational opportunities to enhance your professional development, regardless of whether you work in sports performance, sports medicine or sports coaching. An introduction to the fundamental movements in the weight room that underpin sports performance.
Plyometrics
Plyometrics are specialist exercises that utilize the elastic properties of the body to produce explosive movements. These are crucial to both sports performance and advanced rehabilitation. This course covers the underpinning physiology for how these work, as well as how to coach the exercises in a safe and progressive manner.
