Physician Assistant
Camilla earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies of Social Sciences from Michigan State University and attended P.A. School at A.T. Still University right here in Mesa, AZ. She brings a wealth of knowledge to OrthoArizona including emergency and orthopedics.
Prior to OrthoArizona, Camilla worked in the emergency department at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. She later gained knowledge in orthopedics during her time in General Orthopedic Surgery at Abrazo and Orthopedic Trauma Surgery at the Valleywise Health Medical Center. Throughout her various positions, Camilla has gained experience as a surgical first assist in level one orthopedic trauma surgery, sports medicine, primary and revision joint replacements and revisions of malunion or nonunion fractures. She also has experience in treating closed fractures with casting in pediatric and adult patients and joint and soft tissue injects of the knee, hips and shoulders.
In addition to a passion for orthopedics, Camilla enjoys being outdoors; rock climbing, hiking, yoga and exploring new places in Arizona. She also loves spending time with her family, friends and loved ones.
