Since 1994, the team of orthopedic specialists at OrthoArizona has been dedicated to compassionate care of the highest quality.

Our orthopedic and podiatric surgeons along with primary care physicians specialize in all areas of musculoskeletal care including sports medicine, spine, shoulder, elbow, hand, wrist, hip, knee, foot, ankle, pediatrics, trauma, and workers’ compensation.

OrthoArizona has nearly two dozen offices throughout the Valley, each focused on quality care, compassion, and excellent customer service.

Management Team

John K. Bradway, MD

Dr. Bradway has served as the President of OrthoArizona since 2008. He also was the President of OSNA, PC for over fifteen years.

As an orthopedic surgeon, he specializes in total joint replacement.

Dr. Bradway is an Examiner for the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He has received numerous “top doctor” designations from national and local organizations.

Dr. Bradway graduated cum laude from Whitman College and received his MD degree from University of Arizona College of Medicine. He then completed his orthopaedic residency at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine (Mayo Clinic).

He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.

John Bradway

David Ott, MD
Senior Vice President of Operations

Dr. David Ott  has returned to the role of Senior Vice President of Operations in May 2019.
Dr. Ott is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with more than 20 years of experience treating patients. His expertise is in joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery, which includes the muscle-sparing anterior hip replacement.  Dr. Ott gravitated toward the field of orthopedic surgery because he enjoys “fixing” people and helping them feel better. He graduated from UCLA School of Medicine and later completed his orthopedic residency at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix.  In addition to treating patients, Dr. Ott currently serves as senior vice president of operations for OrthoArizona, medical director for CopperPoint Mutual Insurance Company, president of Gateway Surgery Center and chief of staff of OASIS Hospital in Phoenix.  He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and a member of the Arizona Medical Association, Arizona Orthopaedic Society, Arizona Orthopaedic Society PAC and Western Orthopaedic Association.  When he is asked what kind of surgery he performs, Dr. Ott’s response is “those that work.”

James F. Davidson, MD
Vice President of Medical Affairs

Dr. Davidson is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has a Subspecialty Certification in Sports Medicine. His special interests include disorders of the shoulder and knee. Dr. Davidson enjoys the innovation and technology that is central to orthopedics and relishes the opportunity to help patients get better and return to their sport, job, and lifestyle. He is a spring training physician for the Chicago White Sox as well as the team orthopedist for numerous local schools. He received his medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York and he later completed his orthopedic residency and fellowship in sports medicine with the Maricopa Medical Center Department of Surgery in Phoenix. Dr. Davidson is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America as well as the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine. He has published scientific papers and spoken nationally on topics ranging from anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction to arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. Dr. Davidson has been recognized by PHOENIX Magazine as a “Top Doc” in both Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
