Tracy was raised in the Chicago suburbs. She attended Marquette University to obtain her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Entrepreneurship as well as her doctorate in Physical Therapy. Tracy competed on both the triathlon team and club basketball teams in college, while working 3 jobs. She chose to pursue a career in physical therapy after being a frequent patient when she was a competitive athlete growing up.

She started with Center for Athletic Performance in 2020 as a physical therapist and has since taken on a role as a strength coach as well. Tracy enjoys working with patients of all ages and diagnoses. She has 6+ years of personal training experience and loves to push patients in their workouts. Tracy is certified in level 1 dry needling and has taken Graston M1 course, both of which she enjoys using for treating her patients.

On the weekends, you can find Tracy outside running, hiking, mountain biking, or paddle boarding. She loves taking care of her plants and is hoping to have a big vegetable garden one day. During football season you can find her cheering on the Packers.
