About Dr. Rammell
Dr. Stuart Rammell is a double board-certified, fellowship-trained interventional pain management specialist. Dr. Rammell returned to Arizona to join Pinnacle Pain at OrthoArizona after completing fellowship and residency training in interventional pain medicine and anesthesiology at Loma Linda University in Southern California, where he was selected to serve as chief resident in his final year.
He graduated from medical school at the Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona, at the top of his class. Prior to his medical training, Dr. Rammell studied at Brigham Young University, where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree.
Dr. Rammell’s goal for his patients is to reduce pain, improve function, and increase their quality of life. He is passionate about providing excellent care to his patients using appropriate diagnostic workups and treatment options. He is well-trained in both medical management and interventional pain procedures, including Intracept® for low-back pain, spine and peripheral injections, radiofrequency ablation procedures for both the spine and peripheral joints, spinal cord stimulation, dorsal root ganglion (DRG) stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, and other minimally invasive spine procedures, including sacroiliac joint fixation, indirect lumbar decompression for spinal stenosis, and intervertebral disc treatments. He has a great interest in and is extremely excited by the recent progression and innovation in the field of neuromodulation for the treatment of chronic pain.
