Healthcare Educational Scholarship
The OrthoArizona Foundation was founded to foster humanitarian outreach and provide support and resources to communities local and abroad. The foundation offers annual scholarships for students pursuing a postsecondary education in musculoskeletal and other healthcare-related occupations.
OrthoArizona Foundation has five scholarships to be awarded to five deserving students:
- Five (5) $1,000 scholarships will be awarded.
- Education must be related to a career in the healthcare field.
- Applicants must plan to attend an accredited educational institution as recognized by the OrthoArizona Foundation.

General Criteria
Scholarships are available to all students interested in furthering their education in the healthcare field.
- Anyone* attending an accredited educational institution as recognized by the OrthoArizona Foundation, including two- or four-year colleges, universities, vocational-technical schools, or graduate programs.
- Field of study: healthcare
- Eligible applicants must be accepted or currently enrolled in an accredited educational institution or training program.
- Eligible applicants not yet committed to an academic institution or training program may still apply. Once accepted, the applicant must show proof of enrollment in the upcoming semester.
- All funds will be distributed directly to the institution for educational expenses.
*Children of members of the Board of Directors of the Foundation as well as children of the members of the Scholarship Committee are not eligible.

To help you fully complete your application, please utilize the following checklist. The scholarship committee will use a similar checklist when determining if the necessary information has been submitted, and the application is deemed complete. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Application Deadline
