William Paterson, M.D.

Dr. William Paterson is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in the treatment of common to complex shoulder disorders. He is committed to exploring nonsurgical and minimally invasive approaches in order to produce the best patient outcomes. Dr. Paterson earned his medical degree from the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science Chicago Medical School in Chicago, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his residency at the world-renowned Campbell Clinic at the University of Tennessee, followed by an additional year of fellowship training in disorders of the shoulder under two of the world’s leading experts at Baylor College of Medicine. He is extremely well-regarded by patients for his orthopedic expertise, approachable style, and personalized care and treatment plans.
