No-Show & Cancellation Policy

At OrthoArizona, we are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare while ensuring that all our patients receive timely and efficient care. To better serve everyone, we are introducing Appointment No-Show & Cancellation Guidelines, effective January 13, 2025. These guidelines aim to minimize scheduling disruptions and improve the overall experience for everyone.

For Established Patients

  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $25 fee may apply for missed appointments without advance notice.
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving late may require rescheduling your appointment to accommodate other patients.
  • Multiple No-Shows: After three same-day cancellations or missed appointments, we may need to re-evaluate your ongoing care with our providers.

For New Patients

  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $25 fee may apply for missed appointments without advance notice.
  • Late Arrivals: Arriving late may require rescheduling your appointment to accommodate other patients.
  • Multiple No-Shows: After two same-day cancellations or missed appointments, we may need to reconsider establishing a provider-patient relationship.
