Maxwell MacCollum III, M.D.

Dr. MacCollum no longer performs surgeries. He will continue to see new patients and refer any surgical candidates to his colleagues.

Dr. Maxwell MacCollum grew up in Phoenix, attending local schools and obtained his medical degree in 1984 at The University of Arizona College of Medicine. Dr. MacCollum completed my training in orthopedic surgery at Valleywise Health Medical Center in 1989 and joined Canyon Orthopaedic Surgeons (now part of OrthoArizona) in 1989 in the West Valley, where he remains to this day. He was certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in 1991 and has completed the recertification process through 2031. You will always be evaluated and treated by Dr. MacCollum as he does not use physician extenders. He truly enjoys seeing patients and practicing orthopedic surgery, doing my best to help patients get better.
