About Dr. Cassat
Dr. David Cassat is a board-certified, fellowship-trained sports medicine doctor. He specializes in nonsurgical procedures and techniques, including joint and tendon injections, viscosupplementation injections, and ultrasound-guided injections. Dr. Cassat treats athletes of all ages and skills and loves helping them fulfill their goals and keep them doing the things that they love.
Dr. Cassat completed his Bachelor of Science degree in business management at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He then received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Texas A&M University Health Science Center College of Medicine in Bryan, Texas. Dr. Cassat went on to complete his residency training in family practice at Utah Valley Family Practice in Provo. He committed to additional training by undergoing a sports medicine fellowship at Utah Valley Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in Provo.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Cassat enjoys playing soccer, mountain biking, and anything in the water. He also enjoys learning about different languages as well as traveling.
