Peter Boyle, D.O.

Dr. Peter Boyle is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in adult reconstruction and replacement of the hip and knee. He typically treats patients suffering from either hip or knee pain that is beginning to affect their quality of life. As an orthopedic surgeon, he specializes in direct anterior hip replacement, robotic total knee replacement, same-day joint replacement, and rapid recovery joint replacement.

Dr. Boyle believes in treating all his patients like they were his family members. With each of his patients, he sits down and has a discussion, weighing all options to help solve problems. Together, he and his patients come up with a treatment plan that is reasonable and safe. He likes to be as straightforward and comprehensive in his treatments. “We are in this together!”

Dr. Boyle attended medical school at Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, New Jersey. His adult reconstruction fellowship was completed at Rothman Orthopaedic Institute in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. 

Dr. Boyle likes to stay active by playing many different intramural sports, such as basketball, football, soccer, and table tennis, and he’s participated in many different marathons.
