Bethany Hightower P.T., D.P.T., C.S.C.S.

Bethany graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science and a minor in coaching at Adams State University in 2015, where she played collegiate soccer. She attended Northern Arizona University, where she graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2017. Due to her passion for sports, she became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2019.

Following graduation, Bethany worked in a setting where she treated vertigo, sports injuries, orthopedic cases, chronic pain, and patients with Parkinson’s. She then transitioned to a sport-specific clinic where they focused on treating athletes through all stages of life. She coached youth soccer and worked as a personal trainer part-time. Her specialty is working with athletes, specifically soccer players.

Bethany still plays soccer recreationally. She enjoys hiking with her husband and their three dogs and escaping to the outdoors in Northern Arizona. She is an Arizona native and enjoys spending time with her family on the weekends.

Bethany applies strength and conditioning principles to her treatment and believes that empowering patients to continue to move during their recovery is essential to achieving their goals.
