Carla Lempert, P.T., D.P.T., M.O.T., O.T.R.

Carla was raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, before going on to pursue her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University with a double major in exercise science and dietetics. She graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, where she obtained both a doctorate in physical therapy and a master's degree in occupational therapy, graduating as valedictorian of her program. During her time there, she was awarded the Ray M. Patterson Scholastic Achievement Award for excellence in physical therapy studies.

Throughout the years, Carla has demonstrated a true passion for improving the lives of her patients through biomechanics and functional movements in orthopedics. She is certified in dry needling and has completed all postdoctoral coursework for her manual therapy certification. Carla enjoys staying up to date with the latest evidence in orthopedic rehabilitation, ergonomics, and neuromuscular retraining to help her patients reach individualized support for their goals.

When she is not working in the clinic, Carla enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Shakira. Additionally, she enjoys running, kayaking, reading, and traveling internationally.
