Chrissy Watson, P.T., C.H.T.

Chrissy received her bachelor’s degree in health and sports science from Wake Forest University in 1993. She went on to graduate from Washington University in St. Louis with a master’s degree in physical therapy in 1995. Chrissy spent the first five years of her career working at a large hospital system in St. Louis, rotating through acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient services. While working in the outpatient setting, she began to develop an interest in the hand and upper extremity, which led to her becoming a Certified Hand Therapist in 2001.  She was fortunate to spend time working at the renowned Milliken Hand Rehabilitation Center in St. Louis with many great clinicians and surgeons.

Upon moving to Arizona in 2005, Chrissy spent time working as a hand therapist and then transitioned to a role as the on-site physical therapist for a large company in the valley. For the past nine years, she has been working part-time doing both hand therapy and general PT. Her favorite part of her career is getting to meet so many wonderful clients, from all walks of life, and it has been her pleasure to educate and encourage so many clients over the years.

For the past 18 years, Chrissy has also been busy raising her triplets. When she is not at work or with her kids, she enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
