Jordan was born and raised in Glendale, Arizona. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science at Northern Arizona University and currently holds a designation of certified strength and conditioning specialist from the NSCA. Jordan has been working in a clinical physical therapy and performance setting since 2009 and has extensive experience working with post-rehabilitation clients of all ages.

Jordan has designed strength and conditioning programs for middle school, high school, college, minor league, and general population athletes. His passion is working with clients to understand and improve upon their health and become the best versions of themselves. 

Jordan is very active, athletic, and competitive by nature, so in his free time, you can find him playing soccer, basketball, darts, and sailboat racing. When not competing, he brews his own beer, enjoys hiking/camping, and likes to travel. Jordan lives for experiences and strives to help people live the kind of life they want.
