Kirti Patel, P.T.

Kirti brings over 25 years of experience as a physical therapist, with 22 of those years dedicated to serving patients in Arizona. She began her career after graduating from India in 1997, working in both inpatient and outpatient orthopedic settings. After relocating to Arizona, she completed additional coursework at A.T. Still University to achieve her licensure and has been practicing in the state since 2003. Kirti owned and operated her own clinic in Casa Grande for 15 years, followed by 4.5 years as a manager of an outpatient physical therapy clinic. In December 2024, she joined OrthoArizona as a staff physical therapist, choosing to focus fully on patient care rather than management.

Kirti specializes in outpatient orthopedics and incorporates a variety of advanced treatment techniques into her practice, including Postural Restoration, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (ISTYM), cupping, and Graston therapy. Her holistic approach helps patients regain function and improve their overall quality of life.

Outside of work, Kirti enjoys staying active through hiking, Zumba, and walking, as well as relaxing with a good book. Her active lifestyle and passion for movement inspire her therapeutic philosophy.

Kirti’s patient care philosophy centers on helping individuals become pain-free and restoring their mobility. Guided by her motto, "Movement is lubrication for joints and the body," she believes that no one should have to live in pain in today’s age. Kirti is dedicated to creating personalized treatment plans that empower her patients to achieve their goals and live healthier, more active lives.
