Levi Street, P.T., D.P.T., O.C.S.

Levi earned his undergraduate degree in exercise and wellness right here in Phoenix at Arizona State University in 2011. He continued his education and pursued his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona, graduating in 2016. Levi then became an orthopedic clinical specialist in 2021.

Levi entered the professional field in an orthopedic setting and has been there full-time ever since. He has enjoyed orthopedic travel opportunities with contracts around the state and has professional experience with in-home health, serving orthopedic pediatric patients outside of the orthopedic clinic setting. His patients range from children with special needs to post-op patients to extra adventurous weekend warriors who need put back together. His interest is best captured in the clinic setting which led him to OrthoArizona.
