Mike Drew, P.T., M.P.T., C.S.C.S.

Mike was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology at Arizona State University in 1998 and his Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Delaware in 2003. Mike obtained his certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) shortly after graduating physical therapy school and has maintained an active part in this area.

Mike has worked primarily in outpatient/orthopedic settings specializing in spine, sports, and postsurgical rehab. He is currently pursuing a specialization in manual therapy while maintaining continued education in exercise and sports medicine. He has also worked part-time in personal training with individuals, athletes, and group fitness.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys working around his house, reading, writing, exercising, spending time with his family, and mountain biking. He has been a practitioner of various martial arts since he was 11 years old, participating in many competitions. Combining this with his knowledge in exercise science, he has also led to the study of various training methods and schemes to accommodate the various physical demands of the sports he has participated in.
