As a lifelong runner turned triathlete, Nick specializes in treating running-related injuries and helping athletes improve their performance. His personal experience with endurance sports has given him unique insights into the biomechanics of running, cycling, and swimming. Additionally, he incorporates weightlifting principles and strategies to enhance strength and resilience, making him well-equipped to support active individuals of all levels.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Nick enjoys staying active through mountain biking, hiking, and spending time outdoors. His passion for movement and nature reflects his holistic approach to life and therapy.

"The human body likes to move a certain way, and when it doesn’t, it starts to break down and cause pain," Nick explains.
