Born in Rohnert Park, California, Scott grew up competing in a multitude of sports, ranging from weight lifting to baseball. After competing for four years as a collegiate athlete in baseball, Scott made the move to Arizona to pursue a bachelor's degree in strength and conditioning at Arizona State University.

For the past 10 years, Scott has delivered athlete-centered strength and conditioning training to youth, collegiate, and professional athletes competing in nearly every sport. With a bachelor's degree in strength and conditioning, Scott strives to assist athletes in effectively developing the abilities that may positively influence on-field/court/ice/track/mat performance. With a passion for long-term athletic development, Scott enjoys building the athlete-training relationship to help them both enjoy and understand the reasoning behind their training process and how it can positively impact their lives and performance.

Scott is very active, along with his exercise routines he enjoys walks and hikes with his wife and dogs to enjoy the Arizona landscape.
