Adam Cook, P.T., D.P.T.
Adam was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He pursued his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in Kentucky at Bellarmine University. He relocated to Arizona in 2019 and has worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting since then. He aims to provide an evidence-based approach to his practice and enjoys continuing to advance his skills and techniques through research and training. He enjoys working on all joints of the body and is currently studying the McKenzie Method of diagnosis and treatment for the lumbar spine. Adam provides quality and compassionate care.
When not in the clinic, Adam prefers to be active and participates in many sports like volleyball, soccer, football, ultimate frisbee, hiking, and rollerblading. He has yet to break a bone doing the latter. He strives to work with his patients and help them return to doing what they enjoy as well.
