Levi earned his undergraduate degree in exercise and wellness from Arizona State University in 2011 before completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona, in 2016. In 2021, he became a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist, recognizing his advanced skill and dedication to patient care.
Since beginning his career, Levi has worked full-time in orthopedic physical therapy, gaining experience across a variety of settings. He has completed orthopedic travel assignments throughout Arizona. Levi has treated a wide range of individuals—from children with special needs to weekend warriors recovering from injuries—and takes pride in helping each patient return to the activities they love. Levi’s passion for movement and recovery is best realized in the outpatient orthopedic clinic, where he enjoys collaborating with patients to achieve their goals and maximize their quality of life. His commitment to personalized, evidence-based care ultimately led him to join the team at OrthoArizona.
