About Dr. Grisoni
Dr. Nicolas Grisoni is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and fellowship-trained spine surgeon specializing in treating injuries and conditions of the spine. He has extensive training in minimally invasive surgery, motion preservation artificial disc replacement, and endoscopic spine surgery as well as more advanced surgeries involving the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. His practice focuses on all spinal disorders, surgical and nonsurgical alike.
Dr. Grisoni is bilingual (Spanish/English) and aims to help his patients understand their condition and all the options available to them. He tries to maximize all nonoperative treatments before considering surgery. Dr. Grisoni ensures that each patient is treated like family, and he strives to find options that safely solve their needs.
Dr. Grisoni received his Doctor of Medicine degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Before residency training, Dr. Grisoni also completed an internship at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency training at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. After residency, Dr. Grisoni pursued a spine fellowship at the Center for Spine Disorders/The Spine Education Research Institute in Denver, Colorado.

Dr. Grisoni is skilled in the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques, including the use of the iFuse Implant System® from SI-BONE®, a leading company in minimally invasive sacroiliac (SI) joint treatment. The iFuse Implant System is designed for SI joint fusion to address certain causes of SI joint pain. Outside of his practice, Dr. Grisoni enjoys spending time with family, snow skiing, boating, water-skiing, wake-surfing, and traveling.
