Tom Bratcher

Tom Bratcher, PT, SCS

Director of Therapy Services & Founder of OrthoArizona’s Athletic Performance Program

Tom has 25 years of experience working with athletes of all ages and abilities. He is Board Certified as a Sports Physical Therapist (SCS) by the American Physical Therapy Association, is dry needling and ASTYM certified, as well has been ART certified. He has served as an adjunct professor at NAU in the Physical Therapy Department at Phoenix Biomedical Campus. He is a former soccer player himself, is a USSF National B Licensed coach, and now enjoys running marathons and half marathons.

Tom’s biggest accomplishments off the soccer field or physical therapy setting are “Being the best father I can” and qualifying and running in the Boston Marathon. Tom has a wife, Tonya, a daughter, Talia, and twin sons, Keegan and Lleyton. Tom has been Performance Director a Physical Therapist for Phoenix Rising (USL). He has consulted with DC United (MLS), and was the Physical Therapist for Arizona United (USL).

In the past, has worked with teams including KC Chiefs, KC Royals, Kansas City Blades, Arizona Diamondbacks from 1996-1998, Arizona State University, Phoenix Roadrunners, Arizona Sandsharks (CISL), and Arizona Thunder (WISL). Tom started The Center for Athletic Performance because he had a vision to bring his experience of training, conditioning, and therapy that he was apart of at the professional level to the general public from the youth to aspiring adult athletes and everyone in between.

Grete DiChiara was born and raised in the big sky country of Montana. She is a Certified Hand Therapist. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Physiological Sciences. She then pursued her graduate studies at the University of Washington where she received a Master of Occupational Therapy.

Since completing her studies, she has focused on the treatment of upper extremity injuries from the elbow to the fingertip.  She is certified in ASTYM soft tissue mobilization treatment. She also is skilled in custom orthotic fabrication for a variety of injuries related to the upper extremity.

She enjoys spending time with her family and her little Shih Tzu.

Nicole Summerlin PT, DPT

Nicole was born and raised in northwest Iowa. She completed her undergrad at Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science and minor in Health Studies. She obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Iowa and was part of the first DPT class at the university.

Nicole has been with OrthoArizona since 2009 and has enjoyed working alongside the surgeons and staff during this time of growth. She has developed good relations and understanding of what the surgeon’s preferences and protocols are individually. She is certified in ASTYM since 2006 and uses it frequently with appropriate diagnosis. She enjoys working with all age ranges and post-operative diagnosis.

The bulk of her free time is spent within the animal rescue community where she has volunteered with various animal shelters and rescues, as well as fostered at times for them. She has a moderate sized family of cats and dogs as well at home. She does some hiking on the weekends and visits family in the Midwest and East Coast when she is able.

Scott attended Loma Linda University and Gateway Community College where he received an Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assisting in 1998. Scott specializes in Outpatient Orthopedics however in his 22 years of working in diverse settings, numerous continuing education courses has provided a solid foundation to treat his patients with respect and confidence.

He enjoys getting know each one of his patients on a personal level to help assist them in reaching their Physical Therapy goals. Scott understands what are going through due to the many injuries he sustained during the multiple sports he has been active in. He enjoys using functional movements in his treatment and educating patients about their condition.

Scott resides in Ahwatukee AZ with his wife Sandy and stepson Carter. Scott’s favorite sport teams are the Arizona Cardinals, California Angels. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family Mountain.

Theresa is an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand therapist who joined OrthoArizona in April 2019. She has earned undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Presentation College in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Continuing her education, in 2011 she received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota.

After experiences in a variety of therapy setting, Theresa chose to specialize in hand therapy and received her Hand Therapy Certification in May of 2018. She also holds a certification in functional movement technique with an emphasis on kinesiology taping methods.

Theresa enjoys being active and was a starting player on her collegiate soccer team the Presentation College Saints. She also plays recreational volleyball, trains for half marathons, and hikes the trails around phoenix. Along with her active hobbies, Theresa enjoys playing the piano, trivia nights with friends, and sewing.  She hopes to continue to challenge herself and further her certifications and ongoing education in the fields of occupation and hand therapy.

Andy was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio before going on to complete his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Athletic Training and Physical Therapy respectively at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; graduating in 2016.

Since graduation he has specialized in treating both recreational and high level athletes in all sports, especially overhead athletes. He spent 2017 as the Rehab Coordinator for the Miami Marlins Baseball Organization before leaving South Florida and returning to work here in the Valley.

He enjoys running, hiking, camping, and strength training to maintain his health and fitness and to promote the same in his patients. In addition to his degrees, he is dry needling certified and is pursuing his CSCS (Strength and Conditioning) accreditation.

Brian Schwallier is an Arizona native, from the town of Safford in southeastern AZ.  He completed his Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Exercise Science.  He earned his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Certification) following his time at ASU.   He later graduated with his Doctorate degree from Northern Arizona University in Physical Therapy.

Brian has enjoyed treating orthopedic injuries over the past 14+ years.  He has specialized in rehabilitating any patient that seeks to improve their quality of movement without pain at all levels, including many high school, college, and professional athletes.  He is passionate about using functional movement and strengthening to rehabilitate his patients.  He also uses deep fascia manipulation (Stecco Method) and dry needling as tools to achieve patient success.

Brian and his wife Tonya have 2 sons, Braxton and Brady.  He enjoys recreational fitness, hiking, running, as well as competitive basketball, tennis, and pickleball.   He enjoys living an active lifestyle and finds value in practicing what he preaches.

Colter Hatfield was born and raised in Peoria, Arizona and is the youngest of three. He is a sucker for the outdoors, so much so it’s where he married the love of his life in September 2017. He and his wife have two baby girls. They enjoy camping and spend time with family. Colter knew he wanted to be a strength and conditioning coach at 16 years old. In high school, he was known as “gym rat,” because it seemed like he never left. As his love for self-improvement grew, he started training other athletes who came to him for help. From that point forward he pursued his education to make his coaching career happen. He got his Associate’s Degree from GCC, where he then moved to ASU and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise & Wellness. Finally, he obtained his CSCS Certification. While earning his degrees, he was also building his experience in the field with several jobs and internships. He was an intern performance coach at EXOS, where he worked with the 2017 NFL Combine athletes on speed and agility along with other MLB and NBA athletes. He also worked as a club house assistant for the Milwaukee Brewers MLB team for 2 years. He went back to his high school, Centennial, and spent a year as assistant strength coach. He loves the Arizona Cardinals so much, this will be his 6thseason as their ball boy/team assistant. Colter’s dedication to strength and fitness has led him to the center, where he has been the performance coach since 2017 and operates out of North Peoria.

Christina Camoriano was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Public Health at Santa Clara University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of California, San Francisco/San Francisco State University’s joint DPT program. Playing volleyball as a defensive specialist, libero, and setter, she has had a few injuries of her own that led her to the field of PT. She currently has her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification, and enjoys treating a variety of patients with orthopedic and sports injuries. Christina’s hobbies include hiking, camping, backpacking, paddle boarding, and traveling.

Christine Meconi was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and has lived in Arizona for four years. Playing soccer all her life, she has come across a few injuries that have lead her towards her Physical Therapy career. She attended Undergrad at Drew University in New Jersey receiving a degree in Environmental Science and Psychology. She was a collegiate athlete in which she won numerous awards including Woman of the Year for soccer and academics. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Franklin Pierce University. Currently working at the Arrowhead Location, she enjoys treating general orthopedics and sports injuries. She will be furthering her career by receiving her certificate in Dry Needling.

In her spare time her hobbies with her husband include hiking with their dogs, mountain biking, trail running, cooking, and traveling. She recently visited Europe with her husband on their honeymoon; she was recently married in Sedona.

Kristen Collins is a full time physical therapist as well as a partner and director at our Cave Creek facility. She is an Arizona native from Lake Havasu City. She first attended the University of Denver where she was a collegiate gymnast for 2 years. She then transferred to Texas Christian University from where she ultimately graduated with a degree in Kinesiology. She received her doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff campus. Kristen still has a passion for gymnastics and especially enjoys rehabbing and training gymnasts, dancers and cheerleaders as well as volunteering for local programs to provide injury assessment or consult on flexibility, strength, and conditioning. She is knowledgeable and highly experienced in all orthopedic and sports medicine rehab, pre and post-surgical impairments, through the age spectrum. In addition, she is skilled at and has a passion for pediatric rehabilitation, servicing babies and children with congenital disabilities and gross motor delay. Kristen is an APTA Clinical Instructor as well as a certified provider of Graston Technique, and Kinesiotaping Method and practices cupping and dry needling. She has been devoted to The Center for Athletic Performance and PT and the profession as a whole for 15 years! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family especially her multiple nieces and nephews, strength training, and hiking with her beloved Rottweiler, Mufasa. She is an avid TCU Horned Frog fan and loves watching college football!

Craig joined OrthoArizona in 2020 after serving as the Director of Strength and Conditioning for the Everett Silvertips of the WHL.  While with Everett Craig trained 13 NHL draft picks, two free agent signees, helped lead the Silvertips to a US Division title, and lead a team with no games lost due to non-contact injuries over three years.  An expert in post-game recovery, he has been invited to speak on recovery modalities and program implementation at conferences for the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  He graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and a Masters in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention.  He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Certified Speed Specialist.  The native of Boise, ID lives in Phoenix with his wife Jessica and their four sons, Keegan, Connor, Winston, and Camden.

Erin Lynch is initially from Iowa where she grew up playing volleyball and running track. The love for sport, as well as her fair share of injuries led Erin to the field of Physical Therapy. Erin obtained her undergraduate degree from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA where she double majored in Exercise Science and Human Performance and Fitness. She went on to attend graduate school at the nationally accredited Washington University in St. Louis.

Erin continues to play volleyball, run occasional sprints, hike and weight lift to maintain her physical fitness. In addition to her degrees, Erin holds dry needling and XPS certifications.

Graham received his bachelor’s in biology from St. Joseph’s College.  He went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northern Arizona University in 2006.

Graham has experience working in renowned rehabilitation and training facilities that provided him the opportunity to treat a variety of professional athletes across major sports, and the general population while learning from leaders in the physical therapy profession.  He completed his Sports Specialist Certification training from EIM.  Currently he works as a clinic director for the Center For Athletic Performance and Physical Therapy.  He served as the team physical therapist for the Real Salt Lake Academy system for three years where he oversaw treatment and rehab for players and staff.  He has consulted with numerous youth clubs, high schools, colleges, and professional teams.

He has a special interest in the treatment of sports injuries, various orthopedic conditions, and post-surgical rehab. His emphasis of treatment is a combination of manual treatment combined with corrective exercises and progressive loading through functional movement patterns.  Graham specializes in sports medicine, orthopedics, dry needling, as well as joint and soft tissue mobilization. Graham’s patients receive the most up to date evidence-based treatment, while also being tailored to fit the needs of each individual patient. He strongly emphasizes the importance of the patients’ understanding of the basic anatomy, rationale of treatment, and goals of therapy to help reach long-lasting results.

Julie has been an Occupational Therapist for nearly 20 years and graduated with her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from A.T. Still University in Mesa in 2002. She started working originally in geriatrics and soon developed a passion for hand therapy. She received her Certificate in Advanced Practice of Hand and Upper Quarter Rehabilitation in 2006 from Drexel University, PA and became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2007.

Julie specializes in traumatic and post-op hand injuries as well as repetitive injuries. She is proficient in static and dynamic splinting, wound care /scar care, various modalities for pain and other uses, and incorporates the Graston technique into her manual therapy. She currently also works with workers’ compensation injuries and work conditioning. She has also performed ergonomic assessments and provided written recommendations as well as adaptive equipment (A/E) and durable medical equipment (DME) training for various conditions. Julie has also participated in Medicare team planning and performed home safety assessments for seniors.

Julie enjoys helping people regain as much function as possible after hand injuries so that they can return to performing basic activities of daily living, work, and the hobbies/activities/sports that they love.

Peter had spent 2.5 years in outpatient orthopedics before joining OrthoArizona in August 2020. He has spent 1.5 years running a startup personal training business for chronic pain patients and fitness oriented, high functioning adults. Cary was born and raised in Southern California.  He completed his undergraduate degree at Occidental College in Los Angeles with his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.  He went on to the University of Southern California where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the #1 ranked PT school in the country.

After graduation Cary completed an orthopedic residency program at the University of Southern California and is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).  He has experience working with recreational and high level collegiate athletes, specializing in overhead athletes.  He has been certified by On Base University for movement screening and treatment for baseball and softball players.  He also specializes in concussion treatment and assessment as well as headaches and persistent pain.  He is also pursuing his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) accreditation.

In his free time he enjoys hiking, weight training, travelling, comic books, and cooking/baking.  He and his girlfriend run a small food and restaurant blog together.

Marc was born and raised in a small town near Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.  He completed his undergraduate B.S in Natural Sciences at the University of Alaska Anchorage while competing in the WCHA on a NCAA Division I hockey scholarship.  He went on to complete his MPT from LSU Health Sciences Center in 2006, and finally completed his transitional DPT, from LSUHSC, in 2010.

Marc has been practicing in an Orthopedic/Sports setting his entire Physical Therapy career.  He is Certified in Dry Needling, he is a Certified Clinical Instructor with the APTA, and he is member of the APTA’s Orthopedic and Sports sections.  He enjoys working with athletes, rehabilitating post-operative patients, and helping patients achieve their fitness and functional goals.

Alix was born and raised in Missoula, Montana, where she swam competitively for 10 years and played basketball. Alix completed her Bachelor’s in Athletic Training and worked for the University of Montana as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer prior to being accepted to Physical Therapy school. Alix attended Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona to receive her Doctorate. Alix also received her Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification (CSCS) while in Physical Therapy school.

Her interest in physical therapy began when she tore her ACL as a 12-year-old playing basketball. Alix enjoys treating athletic injuries and all populations, while also providing athletic training coverage for an enhanced continuum of care.

In her free time, Alix enjoys hiking, playing basketball, running, swimming, lifting, and anything outdoors. She is also an avid basketball and football fan.

Averill Sutchar received his bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of San Diego in 2008 where he also was a student-athlete, playing football. He went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Creighton University in Omaha, NE in 2012. He has a special interest in the treatment of sports injuries, various orthopedic conditions, and spinal conditions. His emphasis is a manual treatment approach, which includes one on one treatment while prescribing therapeutic exercises progressively over the course of his treatment. Averill specializes in Dry Needling, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Spinal Care, Ergonomics, Balance/Fall Prevention, as well as Joint and Soft Tissue Mobilization. Averill’s patients receive the most up to date evidence-based treatment, while also being tailored to fit the needs of each individual patient. Homegrown professional and Sun Devil, “AJ” Kimmich, came to us after having completed his educational journey looking for the house that would help nurture and launch his career as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He completed his Bachelor of Science at Arizona State University and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. AJ has been revered by patients because of his quality care and full-recovery results. It is no secret that he is committed and passionate about what he does. Frank was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his undergraduate degree at DePaul University where he received his Bachelor of Sociology. He then went to Graduate school at Midwestern University where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Frank is educated in higher order program design so he can tailor it to the individual’s needs. This is used to help bridge the gap between clinical reasoning of physical therapy and practical applications of health and fitness. Some of his specialties include dry needling, sports medicine, joint, and soft tissue mobilization, orthopedics, as well as pain science. Frank is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) as well as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

In his free time he enjoys being a part of the Crossfit community as an athlete and strength and conditioning coach for the past 10 years.

Michelle was born and raised here in the valley and received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Arizona State University. It was during her undergraduate studies that she developed a passion for the human body, specifically biomechanics and how the function of the body can be modified through non-invasive and nonpharmacologic interventions such as corrective exercise and manual therapy. Michelle went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northern Arizona University. Michelle enjoys working with patients with various orthopedic and sports injuries/conditions.  In her free time, Michelle enjoys traveling and outdoor activities such as hiking and stand up paddle boarding.

Jennifer graduated from Northwestern University in 2008 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.  Prior to this, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.  After starting her career in Chicago, Jennifer moved to Scottsdale in 2010 for the opportunity to work for the physicians of OrthoArizona.

Jen’s primary focus in her professional career has been outpatient orthopedics, with an emphasis on post-surgical rehabilitation.  She believes that patient education, in conjunction with functional, individualized treatment programs is the key to optimal results in physical therapy.  In addition to extensive manual therapy skills, Jen is also certified in therapeutic dry needling.  She is currently the Lead Therapist for the Paradise Valley and Moon Valley locations and treats patients out of the Paradise Valley location.

LaNora is a Lead Physical Therapist at OrthoArizona in Peoria.  She has been practicing as a skilled PT for over 20 years.  Most of her experience has been in the outpatient orthopedic setting.  She treats all ages, from pediatric to the geriatric population.  She also has experience with rehabilitation of first responders and athletes. Besides treating people with various diagnosis for the back, neck, ankle, knee, hip, shoulder’s, and hands, she treats people who are having issues with TMJ, Bell’s Palsy, some vestibular issues and balance challenges.  Along with manual therapy techniques for all listed body areas, she enjoys incorporating kinesio tape, sport tape, nerve/myofascial/muscle flossing, massage tools, and cupping from her toolbox to help address soft tissue concerns.  LaNora makes a point to create an uplifting, fun, and enjoyable atmosphere in therapy for her patients and team.

LaNora earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Masters of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Northern Arizona University.

Outside of work, LaNora loves spending time with her husband and son, weightlifting, and playing with her Husky named Thor, German Shepard named Patience, and Cairn Terrier named Mario.  She likes to collect wind chimes, crystals, angels, and crosses.

Gabriel Brooks, PT, DPT, SCS, MTC is a board-certified specialist in Sports Physical Therapy (SCS) and the Lead Physical Therapist at OrthoArizona in Queen Creek, AZ.  Since 2002, he has helped thousands of athletes reach their goals in all levels of competition from professional to pediatric.

In addition to a busy clinical practice, he serves as the President of the American Society of Shoulder and Elbow Therapists and is a reviewer for the Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery.  He has published several articles on the management of musculoskeletal injuries and is an invited speaker both internationally and at home in the United States. His current research includes injury prevention training programs in adolescent athletes.

He has served as faculty at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) and adjunct faculty at A.T. Still University in the Department of Physical Therapy.  He is an Active member of the American Society of Shoulder and Elbow Therapists, The American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), The American Academy of Sports Physical Therapy, and the Arizona Physical Therapy Association.

Nicole has spent the last 4 years working in outpatient orthopedics and received her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification in June 2020. Some of her specialties/interests include post-op rehab, dry needling and working with athletes/weekend warriors.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog and cheering on the Coyotes, Sun Devils and Cardinals.

JP is married to a Hawaiian beauty and has 6 nearly perfect kids. He’s a thoughtful and thorough introvert with a paradoxical mix of OCD and ADD. JP earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Utah in 2008. With 12 years of experience as a physical therapist, JP has garnered skills from outpatient orthopedics, pain management, and home health settings. He is passionate about helping patients help themselves. JP is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), aka the McKenzie Method. This allows him to rapidly establish cause and effect and get to the mechanical heart of a patient’s problem. He also utilizes the Graston Technique and KT taping for soft tissue management. His favorite patients to treat are those who want to get better, especially the ones with back or neck pathology, whether clearly present or messily intertwined with other orthopedic conditions.

She earned her bachelor’s degree at Lewis-Clark State in Kinesiology with emphasis in Exercise Science/Sports Medicine while competing for 4 years on the women’s basketball team. She is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, FCE Certified, and Dry Needling Level 1 Certified. Beth Woods, OTR/L, CHT received her Occupational Therapy degree with honors from the University of Kansas. She then completed the requirements to become a Certified Hand Therapist and has practiced Hand Therapy in numerous settings – hospitals, outpatient clinics, physician offices, and private therapy practices. Mid-career, she took a 12-year sabbatical from hand therapy in order to teach high school science including biology, human anatomy, and chemistry. Her love of teaching is evident in the education she provides her patients regarding their injury and recovery, believing that knowledge is power. During her free time, you will find Beth riding her road bike, running, hiking and playing with her grandchildren.

Jenny is a Wisconsin native and earned her degree as a physical therapist at the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  Her diverse career includes working in a variety of settings including acute care, long term care and home health with the majority of her experience in out-patient orthopedics. She worked as a PT in a variety of out-patient orthopedic settings including OrthoArizona and private practices for many years as an independent contractor before beginning her full-time career with OrthoArizona.

Jenny is experienced in treating a variety of orthopedic diagnoses including post-surgical, sports injuries, arthritis and degenerative conditions, scoliosis, joint replacements, spine surgeries and injuries, sprains/strains and fractures.

Katie DoVico PT, DPT received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from A.T Still University here in Arizona and her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Arizona State University. Katie has been enjoying practicing as a physical therapist since 2008 in the states of Arizona and Colorado.

Katie’s experience has been in the outpatient orthopedic world of rehab with the last 7 years focusing specifically on the competitive youth athlete. She has developed programs for injury prevention, in-season performance treatments and getting back safely to competition and beyond. She enjoys treating in the full spectrum of care for athletes and active individuals. Katie believes in a holistic approach in addressing life’s aches and pains.

When Katie is not in the clinic, she is busy with her two children and husband exploring the outdoors. Her activity of choice is fitness kickboxing which she has participated and instructed for over 20 years. Katie has achieved her 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo with hopes of working towards her 2nd degree.

Lisa is an Occupational Therapist specializing in Hand Therapy.  She earned her Bachelors of Science degree from Arizona State University and a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Midwestern University.  After training and working in her specialized field, she earned her certification in hand therapy in 2007. Her entire career has been dedicated to treatment of injuries to the upper extremity.  She works with patients who have life altering injuries such as burns, amputations and patients with nerve/ tendon lacerations. Lisa is a lifelong learner and attends continuing education courses regularly so that she can provide the highest level of services to the patient’s she treats. She excels at the challenge of working with a variety of complex injuries and diagnoses and is extremely skilled in fabricating custom splinting. Her main goal is to educate her patients and guide them through the recovery process so they can be independent with their home and work life. In her free-time she loves to go on trips with her family and enjoys hiking and bike riding.

Mallory was born and raised in Iowa before going on to complete her undergraduate in biology at Western Illinois University, followed by her doctorate degree at Washington University in St. Louis.

Since graduation she has enjoyed treating a variety of patients, especially those involving the knee or ankle. She has a vast athletic background, including a DI NCAA tournament appearance for basketball. She understands the passion for athletes of all ages wanting to return to activities they enjoy.

Mallory enjoys hiking, skiing, and anything on the water or involving her dog, Moosey. Her friends would describe her as being competitive so don’t shy away from challenging her to complete an exercise with you!

Mike Drew, PT, MPT, CSCS was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Arizona State University in 1998 and his Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Delaware in 2003. Mike obtained his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) shortly after graduating physical therapy school and has maintained an active part in this area.

Mike has worked primarily in outpatient/orthopedic settings specializing in spine, sports, and post-surgical rehab.  He is currently pursuing a specialization in manual therapy while maintaining continued education in exercise and sports medicine.  He has also worked part time in personal training with individuals, athletes, and group fitness.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys working around his house, reading, writing, exercising, spending time with his family, and mountain biking.  He has been a practitioner of various martial arts since he was 11 years old, participating in many competitions.  Combining this with his knowledge in exercise science has also led to the study of various training methods and scheme’s to accommodate the various physical demands of the sports he has participated in.

Sean was born in Long Island, NY. He went to the University at Buffalo where he completed his B.S. in Exercise Science in 2007 and continued with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2010.

Sean has been working in the Phoenix area. He is a Graston Technique Specialist, Titleist Performance Institute Medical 3 certified, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) level 2 certified. His treatment approach utilizes functional assessment combined with manual therapy techniques to improves his patients quality of life. Sean has experience working with professional athletes through internships with the NFL’s Buffalo Bills and MLB’s Los Angeles Dodgers.

In his free time Sean enjoys running, golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife and 2 daughters.
